A dedicated Common Steam Generation System spanning 2 KM of pipeline supplies consistent, Reliable process steam to food processing industries at Fanidhar Mega Food Park
Vihaan Clean & Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. has developed a centralized Common Steam Generation System to cater to the thermal energy requirements of food processing industries. operating within and around Fanidhar Mega Food Park, Mehsana. This shared utility infrastructure is designed to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable steam supply, eliminating the need for individual boilers at unit level.

Boiler Capacity & Configuration

40 TPH high-efficiency industrial boiler currently operational and integrated with the CETP
60 TPH additional boiler capacity planned / provisioned to support future industrial expansion

The system is engineered to operate under varying load conditions, ensuring uninterrupted steam availability during peak process demand while maintaining optimal fuel efficiency.

Integration with CETP & Water Recycling

RO-permeate water from the CETP is reused as boiler feed water
High-quality treated water minimizes scaling, corrosion, and blowdown losses
Blowdown and condensate streams are managed in compliance with environmental norms

This integration significantly reduces freshwater consumption and supports circular water management within the industrial park.
Steam Distribution Network
A dedicated high-pressure steam distribution network supplies steam to multiple food processing units through:

  • Insulated overhead and underground pipelines
  • Condensate return systems for energy recovery
  • Individual metering and monitoring for each connected industry

The network is designed to ensure minimal heat loss, high reliability, and operational safety, with redundancy and isolation provisions.
